A la Carte

For the ones with specific needs and desires, who which to visit some islands in particular, we offer you the « A la carte » tour. In other words, pick this option and feel free to build your own trip. Our team will be in charge of discovering the rare gems you’re looking for and bring your there. We start the journey from Port Vila harbour where you board our 15m long Catamaran, called Vaka Motu. This traditional Polynesian canoe has been designed especially for inter-islands journeys and is entirely environmentally sustainable. It runs on wind, solar panels and coconut oil-powered engine. Our bird tour combines birdwatching, learning about the local culture, local history as well as exploring the abundant natural wonders Vanuatu has to offer. Our crew also provide a crash course in historic Polynesian sailing techniques. Let us know what your itinerary would be and we will advise you on the time required and the feasibility for such journey. For instance, charter our beautiful Vaka and go to marvelous Epi, the volcanic Ambrym and the mysterious Maskelyne islands on the way back; all of it, in less than a week time.

Key facts:

The boat can host up to 6 people. Please note that for such journey the price is 85000VT per day as the Vaka is chartered for you only. If you wish to start somewhere else than Port-Vila, we will happily join you on the island of your choice. Depending on the distance, the price will be accordingly adjusted. The tour includes food onboard, kava and tropical fruits. You will have a personal guide who can tell you all the unique facts about Vanuatu and can point out amazing photo opportunities. Lightweight lifejackets are available onboard if required.
